Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

Hi,

 

I have an old HP which I want to reinstall for my grandmother to use but the bios is locked.

The serial number is [Personal Information Removed]... I can't tell because it is erased a little.

Can someone help me with this?
