Product: HP Notebook - 14-cf0051od
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Laptop was working fine, then for some reason just wouldnt turn on next time I tried using it. When I plug it in the light on the charger input lights up but still wont turn on.

I understand that the laptop will not turn on.

 

 

Please attempt the below steps: 

 

Perform a hard reset 

 

Attempt a BIOS recovery  

 

Run the System Diagnostics tests
