Below is the link to the service manual:

 

HP 15 Laptop PC Maintenance and Service Guide

 

Chapter 1 has the memory upgrade information.

 

The processor is an integral part of the motherboard and cannot be upgraded.

 

M.2 NVMe SSDs are only supported if your notebook has an Intel core processor.

 

Only the notebooks with Intel core processors have two memory slots.
