HP Notebook 15 won't start despite hard reset, new battery and new power source

Good evening everyone, despite having bought a replacement battery and replacement AC power source, the laptop won't start.

I've also tried to hard reset, but I'm not getting any lights at all. Is there anything else I could try? Thank you, your support and input would be appreciated. Happy holidays!
