My HP Pavilion 15-F024wm will not boot. The display does not turn on at all upon pushing the power button. The caps lock LED does not give any blink codes, but the Wi-Fi and hard drive LEDs are both amber. The device gives the same error with either battery or wall power, and the charge status LED does not indicate any errors and functions as though nothing is wrong. I've tried power-cycling the notebook several times, holding Win + B to roll back the BIOS, replacing the hard drive with a known working part, and reseating/replacing the RAM with no success. Any help would be appreciated!
