Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Nachdem ein Modemfehler in Ordnung war, ist der Taskleiste im Notebook verschwunden. 

Danach kann ich nicht einloggen. Ich komme zum Startseite aber wie ich mein PIN eingebe wird der Schirm scwarz, nur ein kleines leeres längliches Eck bleibt im Bild.

Ich habe versucht statt den PIN "vergessen" anzuklicken und es wird gesagt dass ich ein gmal bekomme so dass ich ein Code eingeben kann, aber es kommt kein mail.

Wie kann ich starten
