OMEN Laptop - 15-en0013dx
Microsoft Windows 11

I use my laptop for games and college stuff and usually leave it plugged in when playing games, or when downloading something since my connection is terrible, so my laptop is plugged in most of the time. However, a couple of days ago, my laptop started randomly turning off when plugged in. I dismissed it and let the laptop cool down for a bit, after which it started to work normally. However, starting yesterday, my laptop does not turn on when not plugged in and only turns on when on charge, and if I unplug it, it turns off instantly. I tried to open the laptop and replug the battery, however now the laptop simply does not detect the battery, Windows says my battery charge is 0%, and the laptops charging light simply blinks white. Does that mean that I should change the battery, or is there a possibility of this being a software issue? I live in Tajikistan and finding an original battery replacement would be pretty much impossible.

Does it boot up with a 601 error? I am facing the exact same issue then. Everything was working fine and this happened almost overnight. The only other thing I noticed was my laptop fan suddenly going up when plugged in. The Omen software shows the cpu temperature rising very rapidly from like 38 to 99 instantly, and then coming back down to 38 again. I noticed this erratic behavior for a few weeks before facing the battery issue.

Yes, it boots up with a 601 every time. The Bios detected the battery at first but would give me a logic state: bad cell (40) whenever I would run a check on it. I tried disconnecting the battery and connecting it back, after which it stopped detecting the battery at all whenever I would try to run a check on it.

I don't see much of a change in temperature tho, but I do need to replace the thermopaste, which I'm planning on doing soon.

The Laptop also started turning off randomly, though, very rarely, but it turns back on quickly, with everything still running in the background, which I also find weird.
