Let me start off by saying that I am NOT very tech savvy. So, yesterday I noticed my computer was lagging. I have a Omen by HP - 17t- an100CTO. I am outside of my warranty. Today it was still sort of laggy so I restarted. When it came back on, it wouldn't move past the Omen logo with a white loading circle. I googled being stuck on the screen and followed advice on another post. I unplugged the AC adaptor, powered off, held power button for 15 seconds. Pressed escape repeatedly while powering on. Compled the diagnostic testing. Everything says it passed. So I reboot again, this time I get a black screen with a Hard Disk error 3f1. I got it into safety mode again by pressing esc repeatedly. I tested again and again the quick test said pass. I continue onto system fast test - 2nd pass and it has passed the memory quick check. The hard drive/SSD Optimized DST Check says it was not available. It is still in the progress of testing the video memory check. I'm not sure where to go from here. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
