Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

My notebook, 3 months old, doesn't run. The screen is black, and only work the fan and the CAPITAL LETTER key. This key is blinking 3 times, then 5 times, 3 times, 5 times and the same until the battery is discharged.  The fan is working full (too much noise). 

Please your help. Thanks.
