Hp 250 laptop, has error. Your PC needs to be repaired

The operating system couldn't be loaded because of critical system driver is missing or contains errors.

FILE:\windows\system32\drivers\ndis.sys

Error code:0xc000007b

 

Yo'll need to use recovery tools on your installation media.if you don't have any installation media (like a disc or USB device), contact your system administrator or PC manufacturer.

 

My quirry is I Dont have any installation media and this is just a personal pc,no system administrator. Pls I urgently need assistance with error repairs.
