Hi, my laptop can't boot properly. When I switch on, the power light comes on and the fan seems to work, but the screen won't switch on. A couple of times, it gets to the login screen, and I can use for a couple of minutes, but then the screen goes completely black again. I don't know if it's a problem with the screen, with the battery, or with something else. Can anybody help?
