For over a year now, when the laptop sits idle for a while and goes to sleep, the screen goes to black and can't be awakened. I have to do a hard shutdown and turn it back on to resume working. It used to only happen when it was plugged up to an outlet, but now it happens all the time whether plugged up or not. If I touch the mousepad within a few seconds of the screen going black, it awakens, but if I wait a minute or more, it locks up completely. I am running Windows 11. All diagnostics check out as fine and all drivers are up to date as far as I know.
