Product: HP Pavilion G7 With intel i3 370
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just bought a used HP G7 laptop and after i cleaned it up with air and a brush, it doesn't boot up and all the LEDs (Caps, numpad, etc) flickers and a click sounds, i don't know what to do

This is a Hardware issue. Since this is an older Model no longer Serviced by HP, I suggest you check with the local computer stores for repair
