I've only had this laptop for about 6 months and it's already dead. Very poor quality control and poor customer support because I am yet to get onto HP Support.
The laptop is showing no sign of life and I've already tried suggestions from this forum to no avail.
Prior to the laptop becoming dead there were times where it would randomly shut off and I would have to boot it back up, no blue screen with error code, it literally just shuts off. Also there were times where an error message pops up when booting saying that the battery is counterfeit...how is this possible? Anyways now the laptop is dead, none of the LED lights are coming on and it's not responding to anything.
I use this laptop for online school and this week I have finals so thank you HP for putting me through added stress and now I am out of a laptop 🙂
