I have checked the blink error code on this link : http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c01732674#AbT2 and discovered that the problem is with a processor malfunction, because the cap lock indicator blinks once and at regular intervals i.e the minor pattern.
Please what can I do to resolve the processor issue as the solution proposed is to contact hp for assistance .
