Hello,

my HP laptop won't boot so when i press the Power button it turns on for 2 seconds the fans spin a little and it turns off and it repeats if I press the power button again.

I've tried:

-new RAM

-different charger

-with or without battery

-cleaning it

-holding power button with no ram, battery, charger and so but nothing

I think it could have a BIOS problem but not sure. The battery charges fine the led lights are not flashing or so.

Hope anyone knows what it could be. Im planning to programm the bios and hope it will work.

Thanks for Support

Sorry to hear that.

It is a common problem with HP laptops. I have HP envy 360 and have the same issue in one old.

Costly repair it not under warranty.  One repair guy advised not to buy HP laptos.
