Product: Pavilion 15 p010sq
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

When I start the PC I get a black screen and after a while the PC starts beeping 2 times for 5 times. I looked for the troubleshoot code but couldn't identify it exactly, but I suspected it was a Bios thing.

I tried the tips regarding hard resetting, and restoring the bios (just not the USB Method) but those didn't do anything.

 

Does anyone have any tips about what to do? (The device was rarely in use so I didn't update to windows 10 before )

I have gone through your Post and I appreciate all your efforts and expertise in troubleshooting this issue

 

Since the BIOS Recovery didn't work, I suggest you contact HP Support for Service Options

 

Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ and select your Country to get the Contact details for HP Support
