I have plugged a USB Audio device in a USB port, suddenly the screen turned of and the power button start to blink. I cannot turn on the laptop anymore. The power on is blinking for ever without any signal or sound from the laptop when I press it. I tried reset holding the button without success. I cannot remove the battery because it is inside of it. What should I do now? Warranty?

Hi @SoCold
Thanks for keeping me posted. I'm glad our Support has replaced the Motherboard and this should get it working
I can assure you that this issue is not specific to your Motherboard or computer model. Sometimes a short circuit on a Motherboard can cause such problems like any other electronic items. 🙂
Once again thanks for keeping me updated on the progress.
