HP Pavilion x360
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My fiancé bought me a HP Pavilion x360 convertibl touchscreen laptop to use for planning our wedding, working on reports for financial consulting, and whatever my hearts desire would be to use it for.  I love the laptop however it unexpectedly restarts, then gets stuck on a continuous reboot loop!  It happens whether is plugged into the AC adapter or fully charged.  It’s been taken off the fast reboot, ran the virus scan with nothing showing and ran Bios.   But it keeps doing it.   Any help would be appreciated.

Unfortunately that does not help.  I can’t even try the windows updates troubleshooting because the laptop is stuck in the system restore loop now, with it being unable to complete.
