Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I was working on my laptop, it notified me of low battery. I connected my charger and it started charging. After a few minutes, i shut down. Its not taking charge anymore and no lights are blinking in the laptop. Charger is working good I checked. Please help.

There was an issue with the power ICs. Got it fixed but costed a fortune.

Please perform a Power Reset and let me know if that helps

If the issue persists please contact HP Support for Service Options

 

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ 
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
