Product: HP Pavilion x360 Laptop- 14m-dw0023dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Computer lightly used 2 years new. Usually plugged in usb c travel charger at home. Took trip. Used for zoom meeting and noticed battery level dropping. After meeting tried different ac outlets. No charge. Went to best buy and tested, bought new barrel type charger. PC charge light turns from orange to white.

Tried the 15 sec power button reset. nothing.

I've watched videos on changing battery. Ok but want to be sure.
Battery is pv03xl I believe
Any substitutes?
