On the download site it is showing 01.03.01 Rev.A, date Novembar 2, 2020 but if I try these firmware,

my BIOS is showing 01.01.03 from march, so I need to enable downgrade to be able to install this update !

I don't understand your issue.  IF your BIOS is showing v1.01.03, then this one, being v1.03.01 Rev A, is newer!  I don't see how downgrading playing into this.

Well, my original BIOS version was 1.02.01 and after upgrade to this version it is showing v1.01.03.

So, there is obviously wrong version number and date inside the new BIOS firmware file.

You have a valid point -- but I only know what it says on the screen, and that claims a different version number.
