Hello,

 

My ProBook 640 G5 was in sleep mode over the weekend.  When I went to turn it back on, I noticed that the fan was running and it would not wake up.  The power button does not seem to do anything.  The sequence appears to be...

 

Fan starts running and the orange Wifi button light turns on.

After approximately 5 seconds, the Power LED turns on (while fan and Wifi light still on)

At about 20 seconds, the fan and Wifi light turn off - then the Caps Lock button turns on for about 5 seconds

Cycle repeats

 

No beeps.  Screen does not turn on.  This cycle has been repeating for about 4 hours that I know of.

 

Any idea what the issue could be?
