Hi,

 

Nothing work the same message

 

"Load Driver - a required CD/DVD drive device is missing" message as well ..!!

 

even on HP laptop 15-f102ne, the same thing !!

 

in the laptop i installed windows 7 and windows 8.1 as well, but windows 10 got the "Load Driver - a required CD/DVD drive device is missing" message as well

 

So any suggestion for ProDesk 400 G4  ??!!
