Product: HP ENVY 4500 e-All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Laptop has been working perfectly well and went to use yesterday and turned on but 

laptop on and both power on and other key light illuminated but blank screen 

NO HP Logo or other screen messages on boot-up

Have tried removing the power adapter and battery and holding down the Power switch

for 15-20 seconds and then replacing the power adapter and battery but no difference or boot-up
