Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I am experiencing boot issues where the PC wont boot and I am getting the 5-3 blink on the caps lock key.

I have taken it to a local repair shop as the unit is out of warranty. They said the mother board has a problem and needs to be replaced. However, they cannot get the parts from HP. I contacted the HP service center and they too said that they cannot get parts for the out of warranty PC.

What I really need is a number to contact HP support to see if I have any options for repair without paying the up front 99.99 for the phone service plan. I recently retired from HP and I can tell you that this support model is very disappointing.

Any help would be appreciated.

David
