I replaced the keyboard and reassembled the device. It booted a few times but shut off within a few seconds. Now when I press the power key, it lights up for ~ 2 seconds then shuts off; no boot at all. The power light does not blink. It just goes on and then immediately off.
New battery; light shows it is charging
Did the reset to clear memory; same result
Tried BIO reset (windows key + B) to start with same result.
Re opened the case and checked all connections - all appear fine. Same result
