Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop fails factory reset from the recovery drive.  I am stuck on what to do next

If the recovery drive media failed to work, you can clean install Windows 10 by making a bootable W10 installation flash drive with the Media creation tool from the link below.

After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page:
