Hello community members,
I just received a new HP Spectre x360 2-in-1 Laptop - 14t-ef100, 13.5" and initial start up and Microsoft 365 install went fine. After being on for ~5min after the installation, then power cut out. I switched to a known working power adapter from my wife's spectre laptop, but my spectre did not respond (charging light on laptop did not come on, and I still couldn't power on. I then tried a hard reset by holding the power button down for 30sec after letting the laptop sit for 10min. That also did not working in getting the laptop to power on.
Any suggestions would be most welcomed.
