Hp Spectre x360
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop has the error "boot device not found" and "hard disk - 3F0" and I'm at my wits end trying to figure this out.

I've run the quick and extensive hard drive checks. It passed.

I've done a hard reset.

I've gone into BIOS and hit F9 to setup defaults.

I've gone into the system configurations, boot options, and have tried with and without legacy support enabled. In the boot options, under UEFI Boot Order, when I select the OS Boot Manager it says that it's not found.

Nothing has worked and I'm almost ready to throw my laptop out the window.

I'm also very annoyed that I cant find a number to call to get live support. So this is my next best option. Please help!

@Shaylyn93 Welcome to HP Community!

I understand that you are getting a hard drive error.

As you have stated that you have already performed hard drive test and it has passed.

I would suggest you perform the system recovery.
