I am using HP Spectre x360 10th Gen. I have not set a Recovery partition.
My laptop has been showing following before booting up
The operating system did not shutdown correctly
Reconstructing cache Metadata
Please do not interrupt this process
Reading pack metadata into memory...Done
Processing Delta Log Record......25971
Failed to read Delta Log
Press <ESC> to continue
I tried following methods so far but all failed :-
1. Tried all the system recovery options but all failed
2. Long hold of power button -15 seconds.
3. Tried to use windows bootable media USB.
4. Update BIOS firmware to latest.
5. Load factory defaults, further complicating the problem as it now asks Bitlocker key which I did not save.
Could not find any working solution online for the problem, so far and the system is lying redundant. Please help.
