HP Spectre x360 - 13-aw0000nj
Microsoft Windows 11

Hi,

My HP Spectre x360 13-aw0000nj stopped working. Didn't do anything special, didn't update bios or something, just suddenly stopped working.

When I connect it to the charger, the ac led is solid orange (not blinking) at first.

However, when I try to turn it on, the power button and the ac led start blinking white, and nothing happens.

I tried 3 different chargers, tried to turn it on without battery at all, and it is remains the same.

Any last suggestions before I throw it away?

Thank you.

Let me know what you find out.

Try a hard reset.

Tap the ESC key after powering on. Tap it once a second after you see the LEDs on the keyboard flash. When you see the startup menu, press F2 to run diagnostics.

Thank you for your reply.

The laptop doesnt turn on at all. The Power button just blinks in white, nothing on the screen, no lighting on the keyboard, nothing.

Therefore, I can't see any crash codes I think I can't do hard reset.

The laptop is out of warranty, and I already sent it to the service center, and they told me the a board is gone and need replacement (costs are higher than a new laptop).

Since I'm not sure that this is correct, I'm trying to understand if there is something to do other than throwing it away.

Thanks
