Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I forgot the password to my HP Stream, after removing the Battery to reset the CMOS I found out that apparently in this model it doesnt even help.

So I tried getting the halt code and it reads 

 

System Disabled 

[i 74476581] 

 

Can someone help me with the code to unlock this cause I'm so stuck right now. I didnt even know this would be such an issue considering I'm such a Tech Guru myself. So I thought 😕
