MY model is RTL8723BE
Ive gotten my hp stream pink laptop on christmas last year and in april is stopped working and wouldnt charge or turn on and it still wont charge or turn on now please help me

I appreciate your taking the time to try and help but the battery on the computer is not removeable and i have tried getting a new power cord and trying it plugged into different outlets. Apparentlu i just got a "lemon" and am stuck with it. I gave up on getting it to work and it is in a closet where i don't have to look at it and be reminded of the money wasted. Thanks!

They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. 


Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact.

I did this it came to a menu so i am running an extensive system diagnostic to see if there is a problem with software or hardware thank you so much for the help
