Hi @amirhamzah13,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your PC!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Try these steps:

Perform a Hard Reset:

  • Disconnect the laptop from all power sources, including any peripherals.
  • If the battery is removable, take it out.
  • Press and hold the power button for about 15 seconds to discharge any residual power.
  • Reconnect the power source and battery, then try to turn on the laptop.

Check for Visible Damage or Loose Connections:

  • Ensure all visible components are properly connected. If comfortable, check internal components like RAM and SSD for loose connections.
  • Inspect the laptop's vents for dust or debris that could block airflow and cause overheating.

Attempt Safe Boot:

  • If the laptop starts, but the screen remains blank, attempt a safe boot to troubleshoot software issues. For most HP laptops, this involves repeatedly pressing the F8 key upon startup, though newer models may require you to access the Advanced Startup options through Windows Installation media.

Reset BIOS:

  • If your laptop starts up on an external monitor, access the BIOS settings by pressing F10 during boot.
  • Restore BIOS settings to default to ensure that any potential misconfiguration is cleared.

Cooling System Inspection:

  • Overheating is often due to a malfunctioning fan or thermal paste failure. If possible, verify that fans are operational and replace any faulty component.
  • Consider applying new thermal paste if the laptop has been overheating persistently over time.

I hope this helps.
