HP ENVY Laptop - 13-ba0553sa

My laptop was taken for repair from HP on a Saturday. This was during a time in which it was snowing a few days before., I paid for warranty and was told they will collect my laptop with no price, When they collected my laptop, they said it was consumer induced damage. I have evidence to prove that my laptop had no damage to what they were stating for example they said that my laptop had contact with water, this was one of the reasons why they said it was damaged. But i have tried to always be careful with my laptop. The only reason why I took my laptop for repair is because it was not switching on and I explained before they collect my laptop that it randomly happened not because I damaged it. Now they are mentioning that I have to pay £400 because I damaged it and I recently paid for warranty, which I have received my money back. DPD the delivery service or HP have damaged my laptop and I am not happy with the service., A manager was meant to call at least 4 days ago but they never did. I have called so many times. No one is taking me seriously. I will mention this on a large scale, if my situation is not considered. I have a business which I need to focus on, but I cant because they have damaged my laptop.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

I have received my laptop back but it needs to be repaired. I have spoken to a local technician and they mentioned there is water damage. I do not think I caused this, can I get my laptop repaired and not have to pay money. Is that possible?
