HP elitebook x360 1030 g3. Russian bios password was set, since the bios menu was in Russian, and then I did a reset, the menu was in English and the password is not accepted. I checked the password correctness through the bios update file, the password is in the Russian layout. how do I change the keyboard layout in the bios to Russian or how do I solve the issue of changing the password differently?

The problem is that a Russian keyboard is going to create different keystrokes than an English keyboard -- so if you have the latter, there will be no way to generate the Russian password -- and without that, since the BIOS password is encoded into firmware of the motherboard, even removing the CMOS battery (if it has one) will not change or reset it.

You can try doing that, but while that changes the keystroke, you will have the problem that if a Russian character does not appear on your English keyboard, you would have no way of know what key to press for that. You would then need to swap in a Russian keyboard because it will have the right keys, with the right keystrokes, in the right locations.

I don't understand the last question -- we only provide suggestions here. We have no access to your computer, so there is nothing we can do to assist in this.
