I had bought a charger from flipkart a couple of months ago and all of a sudden the charger is not working and I'm not able to charge my laptop. I am searching for ways to get it replaced but I can't seem to find the proper portal to do so. Can the support team of HP please reach out to me? This is really frustrating.

I understand how frustrating this must be. To narrow down whether the issue is with the charger itself or the laptop, please try these quick checks:

Test the charger on another HP laptop. If it doesn’t work there either, the charger is likely faulty.

Try a different adapter on your laptop. If another adapter charges your laptop normally, then the issue is with the Flipkart charger.

Check the charging port and cable. Inspect for dust, bent pins, or looseness that could prevent proper contact.

If the charger is confirmed faulty, you’ll need to initiate a replacement request with Flipkart since it was purchased through them.
