Troubleshooting methods:

Tried different lengths of holding power and removing charging cord

Tried holding power with windows key and b on keyboard / also variation windows key v. 

Do i need a bootable usb?

I was trying to factory reset my computer in command prompt.

 

the battery cant be removed by the way.
