Each time I shut down my notebook, it restarts automatically.
The only way I have found to shut it down is to press a long time the utton on the left

- Go to Start > Control Panel > Power Options > Choose what the power buttons do.
- Ensure that the settings for the power buttons and lid are configured correctly.
Disable Automatic Restart on System Failure:
- Press Windows Key + R to open the Run dialog.
- Type sysdm.cpl and press Enter to open System Properties.
- Go to the Advanced tab and click on Settings under Startup and Recovery.
- Uncheck the box next to "Automatically restart" under System failure.
Update Device Drivers:
- Make sure all device drivers are up to date. You can update drivers manually via Device Manager:
- Right-click on Start and select Device Manager.
- Expand each category and update any outdated drivers.
Check for Windows Updates:
- Ensure your operating system is fully updated.
- Go to Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update.
Scan for Malware:
- Perform a system scan using the preinstalled Norton AntiVirus or another trusted antivirus program to ensure there are no malicious software causing the issue.
