HP mini 110 stuck in HP quickweb and cannot boot windows 7

This is my first post on the HP community page, so thanks even if you reply! I found my Dad's old HP mini 110-3018ca, which was used once. The problem is that he never started windows 7 and he was just using the HP quickweb OS. Now when I try to start windows from HP quickweb, it just shows a black screen with the flashing _ , like cmd prompt. Thanks!

HP QuickWeb is configured for each device individually. You will need to reinstall it from Recovery. Here is a document to assist you. Set Up and Use HP QuickWeb Applications. Please note the section on Reinstall missing IOS or QuickWeb.

If you don't have an HP Recovery media and have attempted reset using the windows troubleshooter or a retail copy of windows, you'll need to order a recovery media: Click here for steps.

It's not hp quickweb that is the issue, it's that I can't enter windows 7 from anywhere. I have tried many things like going in the BIOs. I had no luck. Also I have a Mac and a windows Vista machine and I don't have a USB drive with 32gb of space or more. Thanks and also I will keep you posted on if I find a solution. Thanks anyway!
