Product: Pavilion g56
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Having boot issues when I start my notebook. Upon powering it up a blue box with a message that asks me for my administration password or power up password. I have tried all the passwords that I can remember and none have worked. After 3 or 4 try's I get a code ( 99763019 ) can someone please help.???

Restart the PC, and enter this unlock passcode...
