I have visited HP service centre (Sysnet Global Technologies P Ltd) on 28th July 2025 for service of my Laptop with Serial No- [edited]. I told them that my PC is under warranty as I have checked on website and it showed that warranty ends on 25th August 2025. But receptionist of that survice centre denied and told me that my pc is not under warranty and I have to pay for service. As I need that Laptop urgently to do my work, I agreed to pay. They asked me to pay Rs 354 in advance for preparing quotation which will be deducted from the amount given on quotation. On quotation thay told me I have to pay Rs 10,204. Then I have paid that amount (9850+ previously given 354). My Case Id is ( edited).
I want to know why I have to pay instead my product is under warranty. Please help me out to get refund what I have paid.
