I did bios pw.org and got the following. The password is too long.

For that model and ( i ) code you will need to contact HP in your region and they should be able to generate your master password from the System Disabled Code

When talking to the HP rep ask them to escalate your service request.

I upgraded the bios. I have a new halt code. i 67603511.
FYI, I spoke with HP and I had a warranty but they didnt want to take my laptop because I didnt have a reciept. This has been a terrible experience.
I reset the cmos and disconnected the battery. That didnt work either.
Let me know how you can fix. I'm pretty techy and can do anything to the PC.
