For that model and ( i ) code you will need to contact HP in your region and they should be able to generate your master password from the System Disabled Code

Phone >> http://www8.hp.com/us/en/contact-hp/ww-phone-assist.html

Chat >> https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp

When talking to the HP rep ask them to escalate your service request.

P.S. Please post back with HP's response to your request.

I am waiting for support to help.  They apparently cannot generate a case.

David -

I upgraded the bios.  I have a new halt code.  i 67603511.

FYI, I spoke with HP and I had a warranty but they didnt want to take my laptop because I didnt have a reciept.  This has been a terrible experience.

I reset the cmos and disconnected the battery.  That didnt work either.

Let me know how you can fix.  I'm pretty techy and can do anything to the PC.
