I was working on my laptop and suddenly the laptop showed the blue screen stating your PC ran into a problem, It was working on restarting and when it hit 45% the laptop turned off. IT did not turn on after that with just the HP logo showing when turned on. After about an hour it went to diagnosing my laptop .
After about 7 hours it asked to run Hard Drive test, where few times it showed my hard disk was not installed and after some time when i ran the test is showed the failure ID of
M4P67X-A82A99-XD7U3G-6OTUO3

Hi:
The report generated by the error code doesn't tell us anything.
M4P67X-A82A99-XD7U3G-6OTUO3 | Failed | 1/1/01 |

What I recommend you do is to replace the drive and reinstall the operating system.
Your notebook has a M.2 slot, so you may want to install a NVMe SSD, which will provide blazing fast drive performance, compared to the 5,400 RPM mechanical hard drive that isn't working.
Below is the link to the service manual, where you can find the hard drive removal and replacement procedure.

You should be able to use the HP cloud recovery tool to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.
Here is an info link for how to use that utility...you will need to have access to another Windows PC, and a 32 GB USB flash drive to create the recovery media.
