Hi:

With that error code, you will have to replace the hard drive and reinstall the operating system.

Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook, where you can find the hard drive removal and replacement procedure.

Since your notebook originally came with FreeDOS, hopefully you have a way to reinstall W8.1.

Where can i buy the new harddisk and which one will run in my laptop

Any 2.5" x 7.0 mm hard drive will work.

I would buy one on Amazon that has good reviews and works within your budget.

You may want to consider purchasing a better performing, normally more durable solid state drive (SSD).

This one for example offers a decent amount of storage, a good price and great performance.
