Below is the failure report generated by the code you posted, minus your notebook's serial number.

You will need to install a new hard drive, and reinstall the operating system.

You may want to consider replacing the failed drive with a better performing 2.5" Solid State Drive (SSD).
You can reinstall W10 on the new drive by using the HP cloud recovery client software to create a bootable USB recovery drive.
This package provides the Cloud Recovery Client for supported models running a supported operating system. This Client Utility enables users to download the Recovery Kit from the cloud.
