- Hard drive short DST test failed and my laptop won't start

I restarted my laptop and it won't start up again, I kept on getting a message, "Your PC run into a problem and need to restart. So I ran the hard drive test and passed the SMART test but failed the long and short DST tests. All it does now is starting up and then turns on a black screen with a little spinning wheel for more than 12hrs now.

You'll need to install a new hard drive or M.2 SATA SSD (as applicable) and reinstall the operating system.
