Tired to reset and did a factory reset and now I’m getting a error message saying

Before you start with the factory reset your notebook should be checked...

 

(1) Test your hardware Using the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics (UEFI)

I ran the test as described and it passed everything no code came up I exited and my laptop restarted.  Here’s the screen I’m getting

It’s a really long report on my notepad it totals like 6 screenshots but they are to big to attach do u have a email I can send them too

Skip the recovery. Press and hold <power> button until notebook switches off.
