Have a failure id: RU1KX0-7R1CNW-MFPWLK-C08Q03. I have an automatic repair loop, can't access or start the laptop. Please help

Sorry, when I entered the data you provided in this link: https://support.hp.com/mx-es/contact/diag, it says: "Introduzca un número de producto válido."

 

Clearly your laptop has one or more issues, and if your laptop is still under warranty (check your warranty status here), reach out to HP Support Mexico: https://support.hp.com/mx-es.

 

Another option is to take your laptop to a local laptop repair/service shop and have them take a look at it.
